"We had Sandi Clark as a realtor twice, the second time joined by her daughter Debbie Miller. Eleven years ago we were lured to UCI from Michigan and needed guidance about all the communities and possibilities for us. UCI chose Sandi Clarik and she was perfect. We were tight on time, so she carefully selected 21 houses for us to see on a whirlwind. She knew us well. We chose one of those houses, a beauty in Laguna Niguel. This year, we decided it was time to move to a retirement community so had to sell our home. We had such a good experience with Sandi last time, we chose her again, this time as seller rather than buyer. Sandi was joined this time by Debbie; together they were the dream team. They helped us get our house in shape, making the space appear more open by putting some things in storage and redoing the garden.
